01. Upload Drawings

⦿ Supported file formats: Clearly specify the supported drawing file formats (such as PDF, DWG, JPG, PNG, etc.) and indicate the maximum upload limit for a single file.
⦿ Multiple file upload: Customers can upload multiple files at once and support batch operations.
⦿ Note: Customers can attach instructions in the form, detailing specific needs or precautions.
02. Evaluation Plan
⦿ Preliminary assessment: Professional personnel conduct a preliminary review of the drawings uploaded by the client, confirm the feasibility of the design, and engage in necessary communication with the client to understand details and expectations.
⦿ Preliminary Design: Provide a preliminary design plan based on the customer's requirements and drawings. Including structural diagrams, material lists, process flows, etc.
⦿ Detailed quotation: Provide a detailed quotation based on the final design proposal. The quotation should include various costs, such as material costs, labor costs, process costs, transportation costs, etc.
03. Make
⦿ Material selection: Based on the design plan, select suitable suppliers to purchase materials, ensuring a balance between quality and cost.
⦿ Production Plan: Develop a production plan, schedule production progress, and coordinate resources across all stages.
⦿ Quality control: Strictly implement quality control standards in the production process, regularly inspect production progress and quality, and make timely adjustments if problems are found.
⦿ Periodic reporting: During the production process, regularly report the progress to the client and provide photos or videos to keep them informed of the project progress at any time.
⦿ Problem handling: If there are any production or process issues, communicate with the customer in a timely manner, discuss solutions, and record the problem handling process.
04. Modify Adjust And Accept
⦿ Customer inspection: After the production is completed, the customer can conduct preliminary acceptance of the finished product to check whether it meets the design plan.
⦿ Problem feedback: Customers can request modifications or adjustments to the finished product, and the manufacturer will make necessary adjustments based on the feedback.
⦿ Secondary adjustment: Modify and adjust according to customer acceptance feedback to ensure that the finished product fully meets customer requirements.
⦿ Delivery: After acceptance, arrange product delivery to ensure that customers receive finished products on time.
